REG is August 31, 2014. The last day of the month. I will have 56 days for studying. I don't know that will be enough, but taxes is my weakest spot.

By the way i score 95% on Ninja for the first time. I doubt if I will finish all of the Ninja questions. I am 50% on WTB and I want to finish WTB in the next 10 days.

I finished all the Ninja questions already. I just kept selecting custom session, “not seen before”.

I never touched taxes before, so REG is def. passable for you. Probably 85% of what I know about the federal tax code came from studying for REG lol.

I studied for REG from November til January, so basically like 2 months. I had to reschedule my exam because of bad snow storms at the time too. Overall, REG is not that bad, it's just extremely petty with the minutia. A word can make an entire SIM incorrect.

This is one tough question for me…

The internal auditor's work would most likely affect the nature, timing and extent of the independent auditor's auditing procedures when the internal auditor's work relates to the assertions about the :

1. Existence of fixed assets additions

2. valuation of intangible assets

3. existence of contingencies

4. valuation of related party transactions

what do u think the answer is n why?

I'm going to go with A or C. because the rest involve valuation and you cannot depend on internal auditors judgment or evaluation. Narrow it down to A because it seems to involve less judgement than C., SO A! am I right? lol

I think A too, internal auditors don't work with stuff such as contingencies, related party transactions or intangible assets.

yup..the answer is A…and i am able to make a little sense now that u guys explained how u reached that answer ….i was trying to answer the question thinking what will affect more…but forgot to consider that other options r based on judgements…and internal auditor won't be given those to do the valuation…thanks.
