I saw several posts saying the AUD SIMs involved lots of journal entries but there’s no specific topics and was wondering what kind of journal entries do I need to be familiar with in order to answer AUD SIMs.

I am currently trying to get familiar with PPE, Inventory, AR journal entry before my exam.
Is there any other JE that I should focus on?

Check out the AICPA sample exam.
If you got a 99 on FAR you should know journal entries pretty well already.
For SIMs, read the question, see what they are asking. I wasted so much time calculating the answer to things they weren't actually asking.
