    Is a month enough time to study for Audit if you are working 40 hrs per week mon-fri but will be able to take a week off before the exam date? Please advise! Thanks!

    @cpa88

    sorry I didnt see ur post. Typically, I put the exam (and the content) out of my head the minute I leave Prometric. But here goes, I do remember feeling like the second testlet was harder for two reasons: I marked more questions in the second than the 1st and 3rd plus I felt like I had more questions that I had to take more of a stab at rather than take an educated guess. The questions were written in a way that it was hard to figure out what they were asking.

    I hope that makes sense and is of some help to you. You know it does seem like the testlets getting harder is subjective. I wouldn't put alot of stock into it. Best of luck!!

    I just scheduled my AUD exam for Oct 15th. I already have 1.5 weeks of study under my belt, so I'm really hoping the 6.5 total study time will suffice to pass this thing…

    Does anyone have any tips on preparing for AUD in a month? Or am I delusional for even thinking it can be done?

    Make notes as you go along each topic. AUD is full of tiny details. Keep adding to it as you do MCQs and SIMs.

    Best of luck!

    Thanks @hav2pass. I'm really hoping I won't be kicking myself in the butt for being so ambitious. I'm just trying to leave a full testing window open for retakes, should I need them. I'm praying I pass everything on the first attempt.

    How important is it for me to know the Ratios? They are not focused on in my Becker so how much attention should i give them? Thanks!

    @bstudyin2, I just came on to post the exact same thing.. I'm going through the ratios/questions now. I'm doing open book with them my first time through. These ratios were all in FAR too, and I remember I only needed to know a few. Is this the same case with AUD?

    AUD 81 (X4) Previous scores 59, 72, 72
    REG 80 (X3) Previous scores 59, 60
    FAR 75 (X2) Previous score 67
    BEC 79 (X2) Previous score 58

    @peanut and bstudy2

    I would be familiar with how/what moves the ratios more than anything………this would make a good sim—IMO….just my two cents worth.

    have fun studying Audit…..still think my eyes are crossed from it:)

    @Yankee thank you! Becker only has a few questions on ratios, does Wiley have more??

    AUD 81 (X4) Previous scores 59, 72, 72
    REG 80 (X3) Previous scores 59, 60
    FAR 75 (X2) Previous score 67
    BEC 79 (X2) Previous score 58

    @peanut,

    I think Wiley had some sims that were along those lines. I thought they were good practice. I am also remembering some mcq's that they had as well.

    good luck! geesh, score release time is nutty! can't wait for it to be over.

    The biggest tip I can give to you guys who haven't done Audit yet is prepare hard for the Task Based Simulations. The M/C were difficult but bearable. The TBS on the other hand, were obscenely hard. Do as many practice ones as you can.
