    @fdhelmin,

    Nope don't worry about it. Out of all the exams, I don't think they assigned the correct amount of time on this one. Seems like most people finish it early. I took it for the second time on Tuesday and finished in 3 hours, which was deliberate. I really tried to slow myself down since I seem to miss the questions when I go too fast. Good luck!!

    @hopefulcpa–I hope the exam went well and that you can say goodbye to studying!!! GL

    @bkkguru–Yahoo! test over. I think you are doing great. 3 weeks for REG and BEC?!! Awesome. You probably did better than you think on Audit. I thought the sims were better than REG. I lucked out and got 2 research q's. This is going to be one hell of a wait. Best of luck!!

    @wecandothis
    –don't lose hope, I think it is good that your last testlet being hard is a good sign. I passed BEC and FAR with the second testlet being difficult and the third being easier, so keep the faith!!! Let's hope for the best.!!

    Enjoy the time off from studying if you are waiting on the last score. I know I will be kicking back, getting reacquainted with my hubby and family. Perhaps trying to knock down all the webs that have erupted in my house or maybe some yard work or a movie! Going to go see Our Idiot Brother–it looks hysterical. Point is: just going to enjoy just being “normal” again………Happy Trails!!

    I'm fresh off FAR & REG and I will say.. AUD is a breath of fresh air— Meaning I'm happy to not be doing a million calculations. Even though it's a breath of fresh air, going through the first two lectures, this does seem like a lot of material. It's only 5 chapters but they sure do squeeze in a lot of information. I've been hand writing notes as I watch the lectures in slow motion, a 3 hour lecture takes me over 6 hours–hoping I get more out of the lectures this way!

    @Yankee

    They squeezed me in. Tomorrow morning 8am. Hour and a half drive. All good though, extra day worked. After everything I have less stress. I know it, now it's just the motions.

    @Peanut,

    Yes, enjoying the time. So much to do….almost stuck in my tracks. I have done the bare minimum for a year now and so a bunch of catching up. I am going to sit back and relax this weekend. I am ready with a bunch of magazines and Sierra Nevada's!! Next week: reality check, start looking for a job and secretly studying REG (sssshhhhhhh!)

    Happy trails on Audit! I am really hoping for good news for you in September!

    enjoy the weekend 🙂

    Whenever you guys start talking about Audit teslet getting harder i freak out.. i think solved good on all the teslets there was minor differences in the difficulty in each one. Moreover, I did'nt find any of the teslets in the MCQz impossible to solve, except for the International standards part,where it was not in the material of the becker that i studied from. However, i got a broadcast that becker had a meeting with the AICPA and they mentioned that most of the International standards questions are the ones that are not counted. So i was relieved! but im really worrying about the teslet being so difficult as you guys said? is it like 4 or 5 questions harder than the previous testlet, or was the whole testlet harder than the first one?

    So took AUD this morning. Feeling good, but that don't matter ;-). Only 2 per section that had me second guessing and feel like have 5 of 7 sims down cold.

    Before anyone asks. Yes it's on the test, saw something from everything felt even balanced Inc sims. MCQs + Flashcards were my focus. What I recommend.

    I haven't posted here in a while…but I have still been reading everyday. I am starting to study audit again for the third…and hopefully last time. I just changed my signature to show my actual grades which I was too embarrased to post before. Anyways, I am using Yaeger Home study and I also have the becker flashcards and I have a 2009 Roger book just to supplement some topics. I was able to bring my score up 13 pts the second time around, but still pretty far from passing. I put in alot of effort to get that far, but obviously not enough. I need to just make a 75 so I can finally move on. Any recommendations or suggestions or tips from those who passed audit, especially if they brought their score up significantly…I could use some advice. Just do tons of MC? Watch lectures again? I am really trying to get audit past me once and for all!

    And good luck to all those waiting on scores this month!! =)

    The hardest thing for me with AUD was the trickiness of the questions. One small word could change the correct answer. I forced myself to slow down when reading the question. If one or two of the answers were “obviously” right or wrong, I tried to figure out why all the answers were there i.e. under what conditions would they be correct. There were a few where I decided the obvious choice was incorrect after a more careful analysis. Also, as you said, do lots and lots of MCQ to practice the concepts and get used to the type of wording you'll see.

    Good luck.

    FAR 4/1/11 - 89
    AUD 4/15/11 - 85
    REG 4/29/11 - 80
    BEC 5/13/11 - 85

    This time around i would read the question at least 3 times. I'm sure my prior 74 was due to rushing through the MC and missing the one word that changed the answer.

    I spent all my study time doing MC to get over the hump. I can hardly wait another 2 weeks.

    @kb24 and mep616- thank you for the tips. I am almost positive that not fully reading the questions and sort of rushing myself out of nervous-ness was a big reason I failed twice. Audit is such a tricky word game and it wasn't a matter of not knowing the material, but I got tripped up in a lot of the wording. That is what I will work when on..when I do MC over and over and over. lol Good luck with your audit score! Must feel awesome to be so close to being done with this thing!

    I've completed chapters 1-3 lectures and all MCQs. I'm working on Chapter 4 MCQs and man are they hard! I did really well on the MCQ for the first 3 chapters, but these questions are tricky tricky… Maybe I should spend more time with the flash cards?
