On 27th of this month. This is my last exam too.

That is really baffling. Have you asked AICPA abt it like posting on their wall on Facebook, or an email?

If I were u, I would try. For Sims, you will have do better to avoid the same thing. They r worth 40% now and are very detailed and sometimes very vaque in what they want us to do.

the problem with sim is I dont understand from which world their getting that difficult questions. last time i got 2 sims and a JE which I dont even would exist. …..Anyway which material are u using?

To me, the performance report is almost worst than useless. It tells you whether you're stronger or weaker but not by how much. It may be that you were weaker to a greater degree in the one category than you were stronger in the others. Also, it could be that the weaker category weight was nearer 20% rather than 16% thus increasing its importance. Right now, though, the past doesn't matter. Try to forget about it and focus on the new exam. Good luck to you.

I mainly use Gleim, prepare notes on areas I find difficult and am planning to use CPAreviewforfree for MCQs.

Hey i am using gleim too… Did you use the same last time too. I am using it for the first time and planning review wiley questions once i am done with this. I used cpareviewforfree too… But its not that productive. I did not hear anyone using gleim so I am bit confused how much good it is …..

I used Gleim for all my sections. For AUD this is going to be my first attempt. I like the online version and the test prep. It is good practice. I read the book too (3 times for AUD). My problem is I understand quickly but forget it quickly too. Sims here arent similar to the exam version but good to know the format and all. The research Qs are ridiculously easy.

Oh so I am not the only one think that research Q are peace of cake ( I pray to get that kind in exam everyday). I dont know what to do with Sim…..because I am doing good in Sim too.Actually i saw becker, Wiley and gleim ….nothing seems to matching with exam simulation….. How are doing in Sim in gleim

Gleim sims are much easier than the real one. They just frame T/F for most of the material. In my mind I will be like why dont they frame Qs on this point and give lots of situations to practice. It is very inadequate. The only good thing is that they will revise the material. I try to score above 80% for the first time. I do good on almost all of them.

For Sims I try to think of areas where they can test and prepare really really well on those areas. Other than this I don't know what else to do.

hey one more thing I did T/F in gleim but there are MCQ too which are similar to them

U have taken an actual exam . U already know what they r like. Mine is just guess work based on the COSO guidelines. I will tell u what u know. Since professional resp and review and compilation hold 18% and 14%, I am doing them thoroughly. Next is audit reports. I have learnt the standard report, review and compilation report by heart and how each report differs. In a nutshell, I have detailed notes on each type of report. Next I have practiced transaction cycle MCQs a lot and also read the material lots of time. For the rest I don't know. I am just doing everything thoroughly as well so I can answer the new ones.

Thought I would drop some advice in here. When doing the SIMS use the research tab! I answered 3 or 4 of them perfectly using the research tab
