Weird testing experience. Can someone help?

So I just got out of AUD, so bare with me because hopefully this is just post test anxiety. Nevertheless, I had a weird thing happen during my exam that I am hoping to get some reassurance on. In submitting either my second or third testlet I was clicking though the screens, but happen to notice on one of the submission screens there was a bold number 16 contained within it. I was chuggin along an instinctively clicked through the pop up thinking it was normal to get to the next testlet then could not go back. I am positive I answered all the questions s and did not accidentally skip a testlet to get that out of the way. Is there any chance that 16 if he questions did not register or was this a normal screen during the exam process and I’m being paranoid? Thanks!!!!

There is a chance you did not answer question #16 of that testlet?
Go to the AICPA sample and leave question 3 or 4 blank and see what pops up when you try to submit that testlet.
I would not really worry about it now, as there is nothing you can do about it. I think you're probably making a bigger deal out of it than necessary.

It'll give you a notification that you skipped questions if you try to submit unanswered. You have to confirm that you still want to submit- so I bet you're fine.

I did a trial run on the AICPA sample test leaving #3 blank.
Once I hit submit testlet it pops up showing I left #3 blank, and I can either click on the little bold 3 to go back to that question, or Return to Testlet or Submit Testlet.
If you leave all 5 blank the popup says you skipped one or more questions and lists 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 all as choices to revisit that question.
I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that perhaps you did not properly click the mark to answer #16, or maybe you accidentally un-answered the question while trying to confirm your answer?
One MCQ shouldn't make or break you, so I'd not worry about it.

Thanks all for the help! Honestly if I end up with a 74, I didn’t prepare enough and deserve it, haha. Special thanks to Recked for confirming i didn’t do my bigger fear, that somehow I skipped multiple MCQs and not just one, but they should essentially be listed from your test. Aggregating part is I finished an hour and a half early so pure user error. Happens to the best of us.

    Agreed, RIF= reading is fundamental.
I messed up a FAR SIM due to lack of properly reading the instructions.
