I am nearing the completion of CPA exams and will be taking AUD in the coming weeks. However, I only have 135 credits. I took the accounting degree from my university to focus solely on the CPA exam and had intentions of earning my IT degree post bacc. However, my university has an incredibly small ITM department and the classes are not offered at good times (I work full time so I need evening classes). I really want the IT degree as a compliment to my accounting degree (and soon to be CPA), however I am not sure if I should be pursuing a Master’s degree in IT or going back for the 2nd bachelor’s degree in IT. Does anyone have any recommendations? I really do not want to go back to my old university, but if it is most cost effective I probably should. Also, I am not sure if IT masters programs even accept non-IT undergrad experience. Anyone have any ideas?
