    Hello all.

So I was just licensed and I just hit made the cut off to be required to do CPE this period. I’m looking for more information on CPE.

Is it easier to just buy something like Becker CPE program, does anyone have any recommendations?

Also what is considered self study vs not. Is watching a seminar online self study? Only 50% of my CPE can be self study.

Any and all advice/recommendations/resources would be much appreciated. I know next to nothing about CPE and need 20 hours by Dec 31st. A little anxious about it.

What state are you licensed in? I just got licensed in Ohio and I only have to get 40 hours before December 31, 2018 and for this reporting period there are no specific requirements on the 40 hours.

By boss recommended PES CPE, so I am going to give that a try. They have a couple courses that are 20+ hours for just the one course. I don't think Ohio has the same 50% rule.

I work in industry, and our auditor holds free webinars for clients all the time for CPE. I would imagine that a webinar would not be self study, but not sure.
