    What is your response?

Also, does your response at all have any effect on how you are trained?

For example, if you say your weakness is “communication”, do you think they will focus on training you on communication? If so, how do they accomplish this type of training?

If your response is “I’m a perfectionist”, do you think this in any way may effect your on the job experience?

Oh please MLA, this discussion was posted in the “career” section and the topic is career related. And yes, please check my post history. I have provided plenty of useful information and feedback to others.

Goodness, I have kindly asked you to stop responding several times yet you continue to comment and troll this post. I used your name as an example so not to make other posters who have contributed to the thread mistakenly think I was referring to them.

And I mentioned I would keep responding while you claimed you'd ignore me. Yet here I am doing what I said and here you are proving you lied.

I am not interested in your feedback as I've already mentioned in this post. I have also stated that we are going to have to agree to disagree. What you are doing is called trolling. And here is a screen shot of yet another one of your deleted troll posts.

Lol. Yup been trolling since 2010 here. I'm nothing if not persistent.

You are one dimensional. If I am getting this correct, “MA CPA” is referring to Massachusetts? And if that's the case it's no wonder you probably have a New Englander background and perhaps even a Bostonian. It's no wonder your feedback is always so generic and one dimensional. Newsflash, there is an outside world where diversity and differences in office culture and opinions exist! Sorry, you have not had the opportunity to obtain a more diverse/well-rounded background and experience.

I was told by a recruiter once to have a prepared response for common interview questions like this. I have a word document with my resume that I've written out responses to questions like this and the “Tell me about yourself” question. I like the VLookup one mentioned earlier. I may add that to my response. I've also used technical things like that in the past. Hope that helps.
