Probably not. It would be reviewed by a senior associate or manager before anyone would read it. I really can't imagine getting fired over mistakes, especially for a first-year. As long as you don't write something stupid like “credits increase cash balances and debits decrease cash balances” you should be okay as long as you don't repeat the mistakes.
I'm curious as to why you're asking this. You want to fire someone? Lay that hammer down on some fools!!
