Hi, everyone. I’d really like your thoughts. I currently work for a mid-tier CPA firm as I head into my second year. I’ve passed my CPA exam within the past year also and have just recently accepted an offer with a B4 firm in my area in assurance (same field as I’m in presently). While I am excited for this new opportunity and the new expectations and pressures that come with this move, I am also nervous. I’d love to hear from anyone who has made the same transition or who currently works in B4. What can I expect? What are some tips/ helpful things to know to make the switch go smoothly?
