Would You Check Your Score?

I am just curious how many of you would check your score if you were in my position. I have passed AUD and BEC. I took REG on 5/17 and I will be able to see my score on 6/8. I am taking FAR on 6/9. I think that looking at my scores just prior to taking FAR can only negatively affect me. If I passed REG, then seeing the scores won’t really help me with FAR, but if I failed REG, then I think I would be completely devastated heading into FAR. Theoretically I can be done with all my exams after 6/9, or I can still have two left. Just curious what everyone else would do.

    AUD - 78
    BEC - 83
    REG - 5/16
    FAR - 7/16

It's only a day and you seem to have your logic thought out already. I'd wait.

    BEC - 78 (August 2015)
    FAR - 80 (November 2015)
AUD - 73, 67. (Ok I gotta confess I was even more lazy this time around)
    REG - August 27th, 2016

If it were a 10 day difference, I'd say just check your score because your curiosity would get to you and probably negatively affect you anyway. However, since you sit just 1 day after the score release I would wait until after your exam to check.

FAR: 80 (Gleim, Ninja Notes, Ninja MCQs)
REG: 87 (Gleim, Ninja Notes, Ninja MCQs)
BEC: 87 (Gleim, Ninja Notes, Ninja MCQs)
    AUD: 8/27/16

Because it's just a matter of one day, I wouldn't look.

It's different when you have a week or two before testing. A passing score could boost more confidence while a failing score would hurt initially (a day or two of beer would help), but you could use that disappointment to rebound well on the next test.

I am in the same boat. I re-took AUD on 5/23 and I'm re-taking REG on 6/9. I'm waiting until after my test to look at my score. If I don't pass AUD, then I don't want to be bummed going into REG. If I pass AUD, I don't want to be over psyched going into REG. I feel like if I look at my score before taking my test, then I'm screwed either way. The score will still be there when I get out of my test and it's only an extra 24 hours. I'm probably better off using that time to study anyway.

    AUD - 72, 83
    BEC - 71
    REG - 74, 77
    FAR - Aug 2016

Just check the scores. Why? Because you must be stronger than you think you could be.

    BEC: 80
    REG: 75
    FAR: __, ?/2016

After I took the exam for FAR and came out I felt miserable but for last couple of days I am like either I passed or fail, its done and does not matter. If I pass (a miracle) and if I fail (try harder next time). It will be hard to take a fail because never failed any exam in my life (but then CPA is a different animal to tame). I am ready for any score now.

    FAR - August 2016
    AUD - September 2016
    REG - October 2016
    BEC - November 2016

Make the decision to wait. You need to be pumped and void of stress, agony and whatever other negative emotions as you take the exam on the 9th. Even if you checked and you passed, it can put your psychology and emotional well being out of whack.

i dont think i would have the self control to wait lol

also im i belong to the camp of better knowing the bad news than being uncertain if its bad or good. i hate not knowing, i would rather know even if its bad news. definitely check your score. what would distract you more during FAR-thinking about whether you passed or failed REG or will knowing you failed REG really distract you that much during FAR?
