I work as a controller for an LLC and I am preparing all the financials which are reviewed and approved by a CPA company. Can the CPA I collaborate with from the CPA firm endorse me for work experience in MD? Even if I am not on their payroll? I’m worried that that because the form I’m asks to fill out suggest to send it to your employer to have them sit that my work experience will not be accepted if it’s endorced by a CPA at the firm we hire to review my work.

I cant really follow the end of your question but is the CPA firm engaged for compilation, review or attest services? If its either of the last two, I would doubt and would find it strange if they were willing to sign off on your hours.
