im getting back into study mode.
Appeared for BEC in Jan 2019 and did not pass, lost motivation and interest and took a while gathering myself up.
Should I reappear for BEC or should i go with another part first?
I do know what I need to bring my score up with BEC (need to do more mcqs and sims, last time i didnt do much)

MCQs and SIMs are the key to all of the exams. I'd rather do 2000 MCQs than read the book or watch the videos twice.
You learn way more from doing, than from seeing.
6 months have passed since BEC, I would assume most of the information is long gone from your mind. It's not like you will just need a short refresher.
I always advise getting the hardest exams out of the way so you don't waste that precious 18 month clock.
I'd jump over to FAR if I were you. Save your BEC repeat until the very end since you will be absolutely spent and burnt out. Doing BEC over at the end might be beneficial to you in the home stretch.

i too agree with Recked. FAR might not be the hardest for you but it def takes the longest to prep. Get it out of the way first so you will feel less stressed when the 18 month clock starts ticking. GL~

I was taking Reg forever without passing. Then lost motivation and took some time off. Then got bored and decided to start studying again. I decided to take easiest exam for me so I can pass and have motivation for the rest. So I passed audit with first try, then passed bec with first try, then reg (took only 1 time this round), and finally Far (took 2 times). I liked my approach because I was motivated the entire time by not wanting to lose any exams that I passed. I was studying like a mad woman (most of the time between 11 pm to 3 am). So I was 1 day from losing Audit and thank god passed far.

In summary, if you are full of motivation and not afraid to give up even if you fail, start with hardest exam. But if you are low on motivation, start with easy exam. However, keep in mind to hurry up because you may run out of time.
