Hi all,

I just started the CPA long path. I am debating which course to take – Becker or Wiley? I’m a visual learner.

Like most people will tell you on here, any course can help you pass — IF, and a big ‘IF' you put in the effort to understand the material.

That being said, I'm using Wiley CPAexcel and supplementing with Ninja. There's just SO many great supplements (YouTube, this forum, Facebook Study Groups, the Internet in general) that it just made sense for me to buy a course that wouldn't expire, then leverage information from everywhere I can find it when I need an alternative explanation.

Take advantage of the trial offers from those 2, and 2 more I suggest you try is RogerCPA and Gleim.
Get a feel for how the courses work.
Gleim offers 2 weeks for Part 1 of each of 4 sections.
RogerCPA offers 2 days trial, but you can't go past Section 1, a detail they leave out.

Out of all the trials I took, I could see and remember the videos from Roger vividly. Some rave about him, others have nothing but negative to say about his course.
Just try them all and see what works best for you.
