How do you prove to potential employers that you just need the experience? Print your exam scores? Do they just take your word for it? Is there a way they can check for themselves?

If you lie about it, they will find out in the background check. Most employers will assume your resume is accurate, as it would be a very bad career move to lie. They will do a background check to confirm the accuracy, but I highly doubt any respectable company will say “hmmm says here you passed all 4 parts. Do you have proof???”
