I always download the score forms and keep those, but is there anything else we need to retain after passing parts of the exam? I know Prometric provides us with a form after testing that says we sat for the exam, but on the form it says to retain those until we receive the scores. So is the score form the only thing we need to save for now?

I don't know what requirements your state has, but I am in Virginia and did not keep any of my documents. I have a dashboard on my state profile, so I just checked to make sure they updated my account within a couple days of NASBA releasing the score. I also kept my attendance form from Prometric until I got my score. I don't know if your state has different requirements, but it was not necessary for me to keep anything.
