I heard Jeff today in his podcast emphasizing that he doesn’t think the 2017 changes will affect how people study. He then mentioned that there will be changes in 2018 that will be bigger than the 2017 changes. The only thing I have seen online for 2018 is below:

Another Round of Changes in 2018
The CPA exam will undergo technological updates in 2018. The AICPA will make the new exam sleeker and more user friendly. CPA candidates will take the exam sections on 23 inch HD monitors. Also, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets will replace the current generic spreadsheet. Don’t worry though. You won’t be tested on your Excel skills. It will be a tool you can use during the exam.

Is that all the changes in 2018? How is that a bigger change than 2017? I obviously hope I am done by then but I am just curious.

Good question. The “exam day” experience won't change much come April. It looks like the same exam…has some fewer MCQ and a few more sims…and a break here and there. It looks the same though.

In 2018, the user experience during the exam will be different. It's getting a makeover.

    Please answer me

I've read that at Becker website :

” The AICPA is considering making the following changes to exam administration:

Extending the 18-month rolling window to 24 months.
Allowing students to retest for a failed section of the exam in the same testing window. ”

is that correct ? anyone can estimate when they will decide ?!
