I have sorted all docs and submitted for license. Wondering what do i get from the board? Would there be a certificate or letter or just email? Curious to find out how things work here? I am applying based on international reciprocal.

Off the topic, Can you tell me how hard it is to pass ETHICS exam? Do we have to pass both WA and AICPA ethics exam? What was your study strategy? I would like to get it done this summer. Thanks in advance.

You need to pass both – WA and AICPA. Wa had 30 questions and aicpa around 45.

Aicpa was easy and you could find answers easily. WA just need to be careful on the language and should be alright.

2 hrs for each exam should be sufficient. No preparation required except. If you read once it’s sufficient to search for answers.

My WA reciprocal (US) application was very quick. Once I had submitted the required documents and paid the application fee I got an email that my application was pending. After about a week I got another email saying my application was approved. Since I applied in November they asked if I'd like to hold my approval until January so my CPE calendar wouldn't start as early, which was nice. I got another email with my license number the day it became active, and a couple weeks after my WA license was active I received a certificate by mail.
