For those waiting on the last score to be released in August, do you guys plan on going to work the next day? Either way I will be completely thrilled or completely miserable both with no sleep. I get the feeling that the website is going to crash and it will take even longer then usual to get the results since there are a lot more people waiting fort them.

I am in the same boat except it's Q3, I am anticipating zero sleep and the website crashing for sure. I think I'll still drag myself into work the next day and either be so high on adrenaline I won't need coffee or I'll be the most miserable person ever, especially since I lost audit while waiting.

Think I am going to have to call in pass or fail. This wait has just about been the death of me. If I passed, I will need minute to be excited b/c it will be the end of a long hard road. If its another failure I will need a minute to be mad and not talk. I hate that my emotions seemed to be out of my control, but hopefully next thursday I am done.

I usually wait until I get to the office to check my score so I'll be less likely to make a scene if I fail.

@Wanna_B_TXCPA2014 I totally agree with you and the closer and closer it gets the more and more anxiety I am having.

@TBone That is not a bad idea, but we have waited so long for this score release that I wouldn't be able to make it to the office at 9 AM without checking first.

I will be on vacation during score release, either way I am going to a pub…to celebrate or drown my sorrows…a win/win either way!

It would be wise to go into work the next day. If you pass, then you can tell your supervisors that you're that much closer to being a CPA. If you fail then you can work through the day to get your mind off of it. Sitting at home drowning your sorrows is no way to spend your day.

I know this has been posted a hundred times in different threads but I took 9 exams in total and it wasn't till my last try that I attempted the trick of refreshing a minute before the release. I was able to get my score and not have to worry about the crashing and staying up for a half hour hitting the refresh button every 2 seconds.
