I started studying Reg yesterday using Ninja book but I feel that I need video lectures so I can go faster reading the book. Any recommendations? I saw part of Becker’s lecture and the instructor was mainly highlighting the text not really explaining or even saying that paragraph is mainly about ……….

I would say for REG, Pete Olinto did a good job on the blaw. For the other parts, your best shot is youtube. Milescpa has some free videos out there. I watched a section on property transactions and was really impressed. If you are willing to spend, Rogers cpa has great videos except blaw.
