UCLA Extension Question

Hey guys, I know this has probably been touched on somewhere before, but I have a few questions for anyone who took some of their additional credits to get to the 150 hours needed.

How many classes did you take in one period? I have 23 credits left to take, and it seems like each course is 2.666 semester hours for every course that they say is 4 “units” (so have to take about 9 courses…ugh!)

I was hoping I could bang all of this out in three quarters…but that was sent when I though 4 “units” meant 4 credits. Anyway, is it at all possible to take three of these courses in a quarter? Seems like a ton, but I’m already used to studying a bunch for the exam anyway…I work full time.

Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I work full time as well and was able to take 2 classes the past 2 quarters without any issues. It kind of depends on the class, but I don't think I've spent more than 3-5 hours of studying each week for the courses–especially since a lot of it is material that was covered on the CPA exam. I think you can do 3 courses without any problems.
