Took REG. Felt good about MC and 2/6 simulations. Do I have a chance of passing?

Of the four simulations I didn’t feel good about, I’m 99% I bombed them. Maybe a correct answer here and there, but overall failure. Doesn’t feel so much like a question of if I failed, just how badly. Any of you out there have a similar experience and still ended up passing? Usually, I’m doom and gloom the days following a test, but I felt okay about REG, except for those simulations, so I have a sliver of hope. Any thoughts, comments, or advice would be much appreciated.

    AUD – 73, 86 (Gleim)

    BEC – 76 (Gleim)

    FAR – 58, 42 whoops (Gleim)

    REG – waiting (CPA Excel)

There are people on this forum who have left three SIMs completely blank and squeaked by with passing (with just a barely passing score, but still passing nonetheless). It is possible to bomb and still pass.

I may have well as just left a few of them blank, but here's hoping a couple numbers were right!

@runklug my exam yesterday was the same. All 3 testlets were easy compaired to prior exams, but the sims were hard! I didn't finish one…. Just put in zero/guesses. My fingers are crossed for both of us!

Now I'm nervous that I didn't put as many zeros as I should have for the ones I wasn't sure on. Hopefully, they hand out some points for the effort.

@Runklug Congrats! I was in the same boat with REG for this one but came up just short at 73… Back to the drawing board and hopefully I'll draw an easier exam in July. Good luck with FAR!

Same here. On the test, I counted the MCQ that I was certain I got right, and I got about 72%. I freaked out because the testlets didn't seem to get harder after the first one and there were no complex calculations that I studied for, which had me thinking that I probably got the medium testlets because I didn't do well. I raised my hands for over 20 minutes to ask for new erase boards and finally got them in the last 10 minutes, so most of the time when I worked the SIM, I had to write small on a messy board. I thought I went in the right direction with the SIMs, but might have got only about 50% of the final answers correct.

Overall, I felt terrible when the time was up, but I tried to stay positive in the last 20 days. Just got the score yesterday and found that I passed!!

Don't forget that 12 MCQ and 1 SIM are pretest questions that are not scored, so if you didn't do well on some questions, in the best case scenario, they might not even hurt you.
