I know that this topic has been brought up previously but I haven’t seen anything recently on it. Does anyone have any experience with this happening?

I thought I failed reg, or at least cut it close. Got an 84. Took me by surprise because I felt that half the questions I could narrow it down to 50/50. I didn't know anything in the Sims beside the research.

I fully believe in the myth, yet I don’t want to jinx it.

First exam, BEC passed first try. It was my first exam I didn’t even know what to expect cause I was new to this process.

Second exam, AUD thought I passed, I failed with a 70. Retake a month and change later thought and passed with a 75.

Third exam, REG just took today. Laughing on my way to work because I 100% believe I failed the exam, so I’m quite delusional. I crammed about 5 ½ weeks for it.

    Hopefully the myth continues…

    BEC – 77
    AUD – 70, 75
    REG 3/9
    FAR – TBD

@Sunni You give me hope, I’m letting delusion cover up my sense of an horrible performance on that test. Until results day, out of sight out of mind.

BEC and REG. Was so resigned to taking BEC again DURING the exam and REG straight-up was just kindness. I swear they were just nice to me somehow. I left the test and cried on the way home.

    BEC 80 (10/23/15)

Im still wondering how I passed FAR… I didn't answer 3 Sims and my exam was med, hard, ridiculously easy. Also I started crying during the exam when I realized I only had 45 minutes to answer the 7 Sims…

The only one I felt good about was BEC.

The only exam that I was 100% sure that I failed after taking was my 83 on FAR. I told everyone after the exam that I for sure failed and there was no reason to even check my score when it was released. On all three of my 74's I felt cautiously optimistic. The only test I was 100% sure that I passed was BEC because I felt like I had above average knowledge on all of the topics and got easy writing questions.

    BEC - 91 (2/29/16)
    AUD- 74, 74

Applicable to all my parts. I was feeling so good taking reg first time in December and failed by 2 points.

I just took reg on 3/8. My first testlet was pretty simple. The second was a little harder, but then came the 3rd. It completed destroyed me. The questions were on topics covered in becker but they worded them longer and the answer choices were really unclear and confusing. I barley got any mathematical questions. Most were tricky conceptutal questions and tricky blaw mxq. sims were hard bc they there in situations that becker never went into intense detail about. Any thoughts on this? This is my last exam. I hope I do not have retake in q2.

@gregc93 had the same exact experience as you with REG 3/01…did you feel confident on any of the sims? I maybe felt good on two of them not including the research..

I was so certain I failed REG that I started studying hard for it again 3 days after the exam. Got an 87.

I definitely thought I bombed REG and ended up barely passing with a 76 on my first try. I literally remember middle way through the MCQ's that I was telling myself I would be back next quarter for a retake. Literally half assed SIMS because I was so underprepared (Just finished tax deadline for extensions). I remember not even wanting to check my score and did the next day like midday and was like wtf I passed. It was awesome. I think AUD is the only one where you can tell if you passed or not since all the questions are conceptual and no calculations. I took 3 stabs at AUD and finally came through with 81 on my last shot after scoring 70 & 71. It is such a mind game the examiners play with you. I remember one question being so precise on the answer that the long dragged out answer had one change of word that made it not the correct answer. If you were rolling along through the teslets and read answer fairly quickly you definitely would of chose it. Overall, I am praying for a pass on FAR to be done as I have no clue how I did but don’t feel super confident but do feel better than I did a few days after exam. Crossed fingers till the 23rd for pass and to be DONE!
