    @Tony: i feel u. I just got my audit score back too…2nd fail. I feel like its bullsh$t too. i understand the exam is supposed to be difficult, but damn. (hope we can cuss on here lol bc im not backspacing). Im discouraged from taking REG now, but i guess i will since its paid for. I dont work in tax so starting to feel like going will be a waste of time. Im sorry about your exam. Ive seen you've passed 2 sections, so you can do this obviously. And your scores are so close, is there a topic that maybe you're struggling on?

    BEC 77
    FAR 64, 75
    AUD 69, Not even going there on the retake. Just epic fail

    @Dantrick: thanks man

    @red_rose: thanks for the encouragement. The topic im having most trouble with is life outside of studying for this shit fu*k test. So there's really no extra studying to take care of that.

    Bottom line is the scoring process lacks transparency and seems very sketchy. I know I'm white-blinding-rage angry right now but I would feel that way even if I had passed.

    Tony I was convinced for a long time that the AICPA has a dartboard and for each NTS they'd throw a dart and use that as your score. Its completely sketchy you're right. Take a deep breath and realize you're completely at their mercy and win the war.

    I have to sort of agree with the OP. I am a freakin veteran at takin CPA exams. I have messed up in the past by not preparing enough. For the first time ever I thought 100% that I had passed the exam (Audit) based on my performance. The 2nd and 3rd testlets were outrageously difficult! Maybe that's what got me! And as far as I know I was comfortable with all Sims! Ended up with a 71 just like my previous attempt..Unbelievable.

    @Tony, I know it is ironic the tests and everyone in accounting field preaches transparency until they're blue in the face but the test is a crap shoot every time. I have failed a couple times and every time I try to change something but with BEC it is the same result. For me I love being a tax manager and I need to pass this so I am “pot committed”, stay strong you can do it!!

    @Tony, I hear ya on the outside life stuff…. I had studied and was totally prepared, but was so stressed out when I sat down to take REG I got a 57. I can't even wrap my head around that score right now. I've cried off and on all morning because of that stupid score. Felt like giving up too… Trying to get back in the mode to retake REG in July – but I'm not feeling it. You're not alone, if that's any comfort!

    Thoughts become things….the mindset is very clear and feeding failure. Please change your mind, make some changes in study, and go on to pass. Change your study method, change your study materials, change your study time, study for real…..All of the above.

    It begins with a 75

    Instead of complaining, post here the entire clean audit opinion from memory, word for word.

    If you can do so, then you have reason to complain that you failed. If you can't do so, you should not even waste your time and money testing.
