Test Crash Question

Has anyone ever had their test crash multiple times and NASBA allowing you a retake without having to reapply/paying another fee?

This actually happened to me in July when taking FAR. Contact them immediately, they have a timeline on your NTS of when to contact them regarding issues during the exam. They should let you retake it for free (to my knowledge). I had called them too late and they told me I didn't call within the time frame listed. Contact NASBA's Candidate Care department.
