Technical Difficulties During Exam

Has anyone experienced technical difficulties during their exam? If so, what did you do? I took Reg last week (my hopefully last exam!). This is my second attempt at REG, getting a 73 the first time. During my simulations, I got an error saying “AICPA Reader Error”. Then my computer crashed. I had to re-book on another computer and lost about 20 minutes and all of my focus. I am torn on if I should contact NASBA. I felt really comfortable about the MC but also know that I was not as focused after that happened. Since I was so close, I am tempted to wait until scores are released. I am not sure they would even do anything if I contacted them, but I am worried this may be the reason I am a few points short of a passing score again.

I wrote my issue in the comments section at the end of my exam but I am not sure anyone even looks at those.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

look at nasba site. i think you have to report within a certain period of time after completing the exam. did prometric note anything on your confirmation sheet?

    FAR 7/25/15 76!
    AUD 10/30/15 93
    BEC 2/27/16 82
    REG 5/23/16 88!
Ninja Book and MCQ and the forum - all the way!!!
and a little thing i like to call, time and effort!

You have 3 days to report it.
You should report it so it's documented.
