    (Not so) Good morning all!

Found out this morning that I failed AUD for the 3rd time with a 72. I’ve passed the other three sections, with FAR expiring in August 2016 so I’m really trying to pass AUD before I have to get stressed about passing that deadline. I’m planning on scheduling AUD for mid/late April and I came across the NINJA products this morning during my frustration. In the past I’ve used both Yaeger and Becker.

I’m wondering if the MCQ product would be a good supplement, or if there’s something else that would benefit me at all. I’ve been so close on all three tries with AUD so I just need something to bring me up over that 75. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you all and hopefully you got better news than I did this morning!

Ninja MCQs are great hands down. They helped get from a score in the 60s to a 73. The sims were my downfall.

    AUD - 73, 72 retake 7/2/2016
    BEC - 8/20/2016
    REG - TBD
    FAR - TBD

I am so ready for this nightmare to be over. Been at this way too long.

I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have failed AUD 4 times now (74, 71, 69, 72). I used Ninja Book, Notes, Cards and MCQs this last time. My trending score was 92% and over all was 79%. Now I have to pass AUD and BEC by the end of May. At 41 years old, I don't know if I want to continue down this path.

@holly725 I have similar AUD scores as you. Just failed AUD with a 74 and have to take it for a 4th time. Idk whats up with this one section, but we cant pass it. It will be great once we pass it. Looking at taking it at the end of April.

    F- 78
    A- 70, 69, 74, 70
    R- 68, 70
    B- 76

Yeah it's very frustrating. Especially considering I've done fairly well on the other sections (only having to retake FAR once). I feel like I know the concepts but this past time the simulations really screwed me over and 3 of them could have been taken right out of FAR.

Regardless, just really have to smash it this time and then I'll (hopefully) be done!

    REG: 80

I would definitely supplement if not replace your other products with the NINJA MCQ and notes.

I've used Becker, lectures and highlighting were too daunting – got a 70. Tried Wiley a couple years later, eventually passed after 4 attempts.

I'm in my 3rd rematch with this test and I'm so glad I came across NINJA MCQ. I used it solely to study for AUD this time around and passed with a 77 (74 the first time). I honestly felt that just hammering on nonstop MCQ was time better spent vs. watching lectures and reading multiple chapters over and over.

Given where you're at, I bet you will pass if you supplement or add it in. Best of luck!

sfowler10 and holly725, give Roger a try and thank me later. He is the man for Audit.

I failed multiple audit exams before passing this time. What works for me was understanding why the answers are wrong in the MCQ. As for simulation, I highly recommend Gleim Simulation questions. These really help me prepare for the exam as their questions are more difficult than other CPA review product. In the sense, this is what I did: Wiley CPA study guide textbook (end of chapters MCQ and Simulation) + Ninja CPA review + Gleim Simulation + CPAreviewforfree MCQs

@Martin, I agree Roger is just so enthusiastic when it comes to teaching. Better than becker, Tim is just boring and monotone. He puts me to sleep all the time. If money was no object I would purchase Roger. Will add Ninja next time around tho.

@fuyuki how much are the gleim Sims? My audit professor did promote Gleim heavily.

I'd say keep pounding out MCQs. And anything you get wrong go back and re-read and take notes on the topic from your Becker materials

    AUD: 98
    REG: 91
    BEC: 86
    FAR: 83

DONE DONE DONE and DONE all on the first try! It IS possible, just keep on studying!

@Spartan92, I just check Gleim website, it looks like they don't offer the simulation wizard anymore. You would have to buy the Audit test bank which include MCQs and Simulation. The cost is $249. I heard good things about their MCQs too. If the difficulty is similar to their simulation, the MCQ should be more difficult than other review software.

I'm in the 4th times a charm club. I think my sims put me over the hump the last time, because I wasn't feeling to good about my MCQs after the test. What I did was go through the answer explanations on Gleim's sim wizard. I didn't even attempt the sims, I just submitted to get a zero then went over the explanations. I felt like I saw 3 of the sims on the actual exam. Best of luck.

Thanks, I guess Ill stick with Becker and Ninja. I just don't have the extra money for the material now. Still have to somehow find ways to pay for my tuition and the retake. Why is it so expensive!!!
