I am graduating this May (2016). Should I take my final 2 Ethics classes over the summer and then take the Exam? Or jump right into the Exam and take the 2 Ethics classes later? Or knock out both at the same time? I plan to take FAR first. Thanks!

I'd say both, or at least start studying for FAR anyway

Do both. You'll hate your life but you'll thank yourself later down the road. I took classes while studying for FAR, REG, and AUD.
