    Can anyone help with switching me to REG? I’ve contacted the support email a few days ago and haven’t received an automated response or any response at all.

    Strangely enough, I don't have any emails from you for your REG request for some reason. I have switched you back to REG. Please logout/login.

    Sorry Jeff,

    My emails are still not being received by your support email. Can you switch me to FAR? Wasn’t prepared for the dreaded 74. 😭
