Submitting my transcript while applying?

    So I’m applying for the exam right now. Went through the instructions on CPA Central and realized there wasn’t any instruction for sending in transcripts for verification. Anyone know how I should go about doing this in GA? Should I send in my transcripts before completing my application or right after my application has been completed?

    you are applying to take the exams or applying for initial licensure? I am in CA and familiar with the way the CA Board of Accountancy does things but might be able to help with the general process, not knowing GA specifically.

    Usually the transcripts need to come from the school directly, not from you directly.

    @Aliaham tell your school to send those transcripts directly to your state accounting board. Then call state board afterwards about it.

    If i were to submit my transcripts to the california board directly, does that mean i can omit the services of an evaluation provider?

    i dont think CA wants you to submit the transcripts directly Bluesurfer. Not sure what you mean by evaluation provider.

    Hi Tommythecat,

    I am an international applicant and hence would need to get my transcripts evaluated. Is there any company that you would recommend? i am choosing between ACEI and NASBA currently. Tempted to chose the former though.
