I just signed up to take my first part ever, Audit, and for the first time on June 9th and I’m getting a little bit stressed out about it. I’m using Becker self study and bought their flashcards. If anyone else has some study tips or suggestions for this last 2 weeks leading up to the test, I could definitely use it! Even just tips or things I should keep in mind during the actual exam, that would super helpful 🙂

For some reason when I took the exam I noticed it had a lot of MCQ related to private companies and component auditors. Also know the difference between review/compilation/audit and engagement letter/mgmt rep letter/audit report, and also independence. Finally practice sims in Becker (I would try to re-do each chapter's sims) Then you'll be golden! 🙂

    AUD - 83 (5/13/16)
    FAR - 77 (7/20/16)
    BEC - (8/12/16)
    REG - (10/15/16)

I have my AUD scheduled on June 9th as well!

I read a lot of tips from other people to also practice adjusting journal entries and being comfortable with ratios and their effects for the SIMS.

Right now, I'm a bit overwhelmed with the material but will be finishing up chapter 6 of Becker by today or tomorrow.
I do my best to truly absorb the material, which is more important than blindly answering MCQs.
After that, I'll be practicing more and more with my final review with MCQs and will start to really do SIMS.

I supplement my MCQs with Prepsmarter and CPAreviewforfree as well, because they're free!
