I am extremely stressed out over this whole exam. Every exam i have really bad stress/anxiety over this exam.

Last time when i was studying for Reg and near the exam day, i was throwing up everywhere.

This time i am studying for BEC and taking it on monday, i cannot sleep, i keep waking up middle of the night.

How do i fix this? I keep doubting myself too.

To overcome the doubt, trust in the work you put in. That's how I thought about it. To me, I felt that if I kept busting my butt to finally beat these exams, then every minute, hour, and day spent studying would get me that much closer. It took me almost two years, but I did it. And I truly felt that every single minute I spent studying was well worth it. As for your anxiety, I cannot relate to those issues and I wish you well in overcoming them. If I could give my two cents, this is something I'd try if I was in your shoes:
Before you sit for these exams, put yourself in the situation that emulates the real experience. What I mean by that is to use the practice exams that your study software provides (for ex, Becker final exams) and put yourself in a situation that feels like the real thing. The purpose is to force yourself to become comfortable with the experience, because you will have to at some point in order to overcome the CPA. So I would advise simulating the real thing, perhaps studying for whatever period of time is necessary for you to feel ready, then setting up your own date for the (practice) exam. Maybe pick a quiet room where you won't be disturbed and just work on becoming comfortable with the experience. That way, once the real exam comes, you'll at the very least be more comfortable than you were before.

If your issue is only the days leading up to the exam, then I would advise doing the best that you can leading up to those days in getting rest, exercising, or doing whatever it is that calms your nerves and makes you feel like the best version of yourself. I've felt that establishing productive and healthy habits help tremendously in overcoming the CPA. Persistence is key.

    Best of luck.

Good points above. Also, don't forget to take care of yourself physically & mentally. Keep up your exercise. Give meditation/yoga a try. Eat healthy. Possibly cut back/limit caffeine. Diet & exercise are easily some of the best remedies for anxiety & stress.

I second The_Benjamins. REG had me all stressed out. I had to cut out chocolate which is my go to treat for stress. My weakness has been Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream. Nope! I had to go on hiatus with that. Well, now that REG is over(I think), I am going to go and take a swim in my ice cream and forget this day ever happened.

But it is very important to change your eating habits at least while testing and relax. Drink plenty of water. Not only will you feel a little better but it may make your skin glow. =)

Some good points have been made here.

I would also add that there are many types of anxiety and it would be impossible for us to know which type you are suffering from. If you feel that the anxiety its greatly affecting your day to day life (school, job, family, etc), I would suggest getting professional help. Not in order to get a pill (quick fix type of help), but in order to get the responsable help that is necessary in order to deal this type of illness when its that serious. I have family that has suffered greatly because of it and their anxiety seemed to appear out of nowhere (with no stress in their life) and it wasn't until they reached out for professional help, that they received the right tools to fight this disease.

Its just a suggestion, you are the only one who know how serious is your anxiety. Just know that you are not an alien or something weird because of it.

Agree with Tommy. This type of thing is just par for the course.
I had many sleepless nights, you just gotta keep on pushing through. The sooner you get done with them, the sooner it will all be over and behind you.
Anxiety is normal, your feelings are normal. There is no simple quick easy fix. I tried to walk about 30-40 minutes a day, just to get my heart rate elevated a little bit.
Once I woke up there was no hope of going back to sleep, so I just got up and started studying. You'll learn to go to bed earlier.

I felt the same way leading into my first exam (FAR), but it got easier for the others. After you trust the process, and the work you've put in, you'll be more confident
