    Great!

Now only 4 days till my test and I haven’t started a rehearsal test yet. Fxxk it.

Well at least I now have some clue on these chapters.

I’ve finished my Gleim study, Government (2 chapters), NFP and Receivable are my most difficult chapters.

PP&E, Inventory and Cash Flow are the most easiest chapters.

Other than that, non-current liabilities are a pain in the ass. Lessor accounting can be complicated. Oh, and I hate revenue recognition.

Right now I don’t give a fxxx I pass or not. I am just glad only 4 days left till I say bye bye to FAR.

@Sally cpa – I had THREE gov Sims and plenty of questions on gov
Know how the funds roll into the government wides.
I scored stronger on gov only because the night before, I sat down and slowly read the book and started looking at the financial statements and started noticing what they were pulling off the fund financials and moving over to the government wide
    Know that.
Op- I was stuck on bonds for four weeks. Finally it clicked and on the way to prometric, I realized I didn't remember how to do them. Then I was stuck on another area
I was also stuck on gov and not for profit for ALL my studying
At one point, I abandoned it. It clicked the night before the test but I seriously had to clear my mind and all distractions to get it. I failed but it wasn't over those two sections. It was the small chapters that did that. I didn't study them. Bad idea.

Govt is def no joke. Spent the entire day writing out pages of notes and JE's and now trying to wrap my head around all of it. Becker flashcards do a very good job with pulling out the key components so you don't waste a shit load of time reading the book. I can see a heavy heavy emphasis on govt financial statements on the exam as all the study material emphasizes it a lot. I could definitely seeing them throwing in a Govt SIM as well to test application of the material.

I wouldn't sleep on Government. Though I think that NINJA MCQ prepared me well enough for Government.

CPA exam blurprints don’t go heavy into NFP. Pretty much states you should know the different criteria and characteristics of what goes into each financial statement and also lays out that a SIM could be of potential but from the word on the street it does not seem many people get SIMS on NFP (Govt is a diff story). Spent about an hour watching videos and taking my own notes in excel to tie down NFP.

Multiple candidates has said on this forum(based on their own experiences ) Govt/NFP is no more heavily tested on exam as it used to be in old format.Becker's has not given two chapters on Govt only,I feel they just want to say hey we have covered everything in details.
I don't know which parts of govt accounting is complex ,can you people list any topic which you feel is difficult to understand ?
