I’m just starting BEC and doing the Ninja MCQ’s and not doing too well. Should I reset the statistics after going through them all once so my scores will be properly reflected, or just leave it and work to get them back up to desired levels?

Leave the stats alone. It is there to give you motivation and to show you your progress. Everyone does horrible the first few times around.

When I was taking the 2 diagnostics test for each Unit in Gleim, I was scoring in the 45%-50%. After much studying and practice and i was able to push them up 80%-90%.

I would not reset. The more questions you do until you start repeating a lot of them will give you a better idea when looking at the progress report of what your weakest areas are.
