Should I push up AUD and try to take BEC this window?

I’m currently scheduled to sit for AUD on May 9th, but now that the window was extended into June I’m considering trying to take BEC as well. So far I’ve studied around 70 hours and will be finishing up the last section in Roger tomorrow. I figure if I move it up to the 25th that will give me 3 weeks for review and 6 weeks to prep for BEC.

The only reason I’m hesitant is because I have no audit experience and wanted to give myself enough time to study, but the material is somewhat fresh since I took auditing classes last summer and fall. I originally planned on just taking one exam per window, but being that AUD and BEC seem to require the lowest amount of studying it would be great to try and pass 2 exams this window. I know it’s definitely doable, but since I have no experience working in accounting should I just stick to my plan or take a chance and try and do both this window?

    AUD: 73, 81
    BEC: 71, retake 8/29

AUD and BEC seem to require the lowest amount of studying” I wouldn't underestimate AUD or even BEC, but I think that you would be better suited to move it up to give yourself 4 weeks for BEC not 6.

    AUD 93 Jan 16
    BEC 83 Feb 16
    FAR 83 Apr 16
    REG 84 May 16

    99% Ninja MCQ only

I'm definitely not underestimating any of them. I studied well over 200 hours for FAR and barely passed. I'm just going off the benchmarks that most review courses and people on here give for the amount of time they studied for each section. I'm thinking even if I push AUD up a week and take it on the 2nd. That would still give me 5 weeks to prep for BEC. I don't want to rush BEC because I hated cost accounting and it might take me a little longer to get it down. Hopefully Rogers lectures will help clear things up.

Hated cost accounting – I'm with you there. Audit is tricky though – there's a reason it has the lowest pass rate. Is there a rush? If you fail then that's over $250 bucks out the window.

I'm not in a rush, but would rather be done sooner than later since I'm going to be 35 and trying to transition into the industry with no prior work experience. I figured it would make sense to try and pass 2 exams this window since they extended it into June. I already finished all the lectures, read the book, and did around 1000 mcq so if I push AUD up a week to the 2nd I should still be leaving enough time for review.
