I’m on the “N” part of the ninja method and doing non-stop mcq’s for FAR. My exam is on 2/29 and I’ve been through a little over 500 questions this past week. I’m averaging 56%, but it’s my first attempt on most of these topics. I got crushed on Bonds and Inventory and was spending so much time doing them that I decided to just keep going. I still have some hard topics to cover (Pensions, S/E, Cash Flows, Taxes, Consolidations, and Gov/NFP).
I plan on going back every few days and doing some older topics to keep them fresh, but should I be sticking with one until I feel I have a good handle on it? I just don’t want to run out of time towards the end and be rushing to get through topics I haven’t attempted yet. I figure I could use the extra time at the end to hit my problem areas more.
PS. My wife is due any day (I predicted tomorrow) and my study schedule is most likely going to take a hit. That’s another reason I’m trying not to get stuck on one topic.
