I need help with figuring out my credit hours and whether I can make up accounting credit hours through distance education. I graduated from UT with more than 120 credits plus additional credits from a professional school which I discontinued. (So it will add up to 150 hours for sure). But I do not have accounting classes at all.

I am looking to sit for the CPA exam either through WI or CA. Both require 24 accounting credit hours and 24 business credit hours each. I already have business credits by counting below classes:

CS 1 and 2 (Comp. Sci. LAB CS 1115 and Comp. Sci. 1 CS 1315), Calculus 1 (MATH 2417), Calculus 2 (COMP. Sci 2 CS 2315), Calculus 2 (MATH 2419), Discrete Math (CS 2305 DISC MATH for computing), COMP Organization (CS 2325), Discrete Math (CS 3305), Prob and Stats (CS 3341), Economics (ECO 2301), Political Insts. in US and TX (GOVT 2302), Gender Soc. and Politics (GOVT 3354). If I counted the right classes that adds up to 36 hours of business credits.

Are the above classes OK to go? As far as I know they count Computer Sci, Govt, Math and Economics as business credit hours. How can I further verify this?

Also I need 24 accounting credit hours which I do not have. I plan to take these from UNA via CPAWiley during the summer and fall and should be ready for FAR in January. I plan to finish exams early and have the credit hours ready before hand in time for sitting the exam early JAN 2019. But will WI and or CA accept 24 credit hours in accounting from UNA through distance education?

There are so many questions to figure out and I badly want to start my journey and get studying. Would you good ppl here help me figure this out?
