    Hi,
    I just signed up for this service and am getting this message when I login… am I doing something wrong or is the service down?

    What service are you talking about?

    FAR - 10/3/16
    BEC - 69 - 10/31/16
    AUD - November 2016
    REG - December 2016

    Hi Frank – I sent your email to my ninja team earlier, but forgot that they were out of the office due to a funeral – which is my fault. We are looking at it now.
