I cant seem to understand why I keep on failing REG. I got my score notice; stronger in ethics & legal responsibilities; stronger in property transactions; stronger in individuals; comparable in entities; comparable in business law and weaker in tax process; weaker in simulation; overall i got 70. An examinee should get stronger in all areas to pass for REG? this f*c*n* exam is killing me slowly to death.

am i the only one experiencing this?

You can get all strong and still fail with bad sim..in theory.

Your scores are eyesore.. I feel really sorry for you.

Series of bad luck I suppose; fully cover sims and you should be passing Reg next time.

It is easy for me to say but do not be discouraged and try to keep positive attitude.

Are you talking about documentation stuff? I am also trying to retake Reg in June. I think AICPA practice exam has new documentation thingy as one sim for far/aud/reg I think.

I also would like to know if there will be any other differences.
