NASBA issued me an NTS last week. Every time I go to Prometric website to schedule the exam, the eligibility section says “The eligibility entered is not valid for the test selected.” Anyone had this issue before? I tried contacting Prometric but they said there maybe an issue with your NTS so I have contacted NASBA but haven’t heard anything yet.

I had that happen last fall. NASBA didn't push out the section ID for your NTS, so it isn't valid. This was the person I had to contact to get it fixed. She never answered her phone, but I was able to get it resolved in about 2 days via email.
