Hi all,
I am graduating with my undergrad in ACCT in a few days, and need advice as to when to take my tests. I start working full-time in consulting at a public firm this July 7th, and will be away for training July 10-20th. Firm gives me a bonus if I pass all 4 parts within a year of my start date. I also need to take 3 classes to finally reach my 150, but will probably spread out my classes (1 early summer, 1 fall, 1 spring) So…how should I schedule my exams? What do you think about this:
STUDY May 23->July 4
TEST DATE (FAR) JULY 5 <—- is this iffy because of the holiday???
STUDY July 23–>Aug 19
TEST DATE (AUD) AUG 20
STUDY Aug 29–>Oct 7
TEST DATE (REG) Oct 8
STUDY Oct 10–>Nov 11
TEST DATE (BEC) Nov 12
Too much too soon? I’m worried about my months of July and August…starting a new job / going to 2 week training…… Should I spread out my tests into 2017 even though the CPA Exam will change? Any advice would be appreciated! Let me know what months you think I should take the tests in…..
