Hi, I’m in SoCal and I am scheduled to take my exam on Nov 28th, but because I haven’t gone through the entire review I would like to buy myself an additional week. The problem is, every time I check (about once a day for the past week) nothing is available. Even stranger is nothing shows available for January or even February. Anyone else having the same issue?

Try looking for locations around So cal. I recommend the one in Anaheim. They have like 4 restrooms so you don't waste time in line. I passed all 4 of mine in Anaheim. Don't go to Gardena. One restroom and if someone is in there awhile, that's your problem.

Thanks for the Anaheim tip. I used to live in Long Beach so I have tested in Gardena, fortunately never encountered any bathroom issues, but def good to know others have more available.

I've searched all of the Prometric locations from San Diego through Bakersfield, and there NOTHING available, which is why I am curious if anyone else is seeing the unavailability that I am seeing.

I had a similar issue last quarter. The very last days of the quarter are very popular. People who cancel, seem to like to cancel last minute, so seats open around the 25th.

I was in the same boat, my test was on the 30th and late last night a seat open for December 9. I feel better now knowing I have more days to practice. Just keep checking everyday, day and night. Something will open up. On a side note try locations that are not in the city center.

I have been searching everywhere, Lake Forest, Anaheim, Glendale, Camarillo, Rancho Cucamonga and many more to no avail! I'll def keep checking daily.

Are you looking for availability through the “seat availability tool” or through the process of actually trying to reschedule? In my experience they don't always align.

With the 2017 changes coming up and California being so populated I wouldn't be surprised if all spots are taken. However, the holiday season always inspires test reschuldes/postponements so I still think you have a good chance of snagging a later date. I wish you luck!

When does your NTS expire? I just looked up Anaheim and there are tons of dates open for January.
