Hey all,

I just took REG today, and I felt it went pretty well and that each testlet got more difficult. (At least there were less “easy” questions in testlets (2 &3) However, I finished the test with about 45 minutes left. I generally do go through tests quickly, and I made sure to review and flag questions while going through. SIMS are what took the most time, taking about 50 minutes. Has anyone else had an experience similar to me? I have just read how so many people do not have time to finish the SIMS, and I had soooo much time left.

I took REG on 2/8. Get my score tonight. I finished the MCQ with about 1.5 hours left. SIMs took me a good hour. Felt good on the MCQs but did not see any increase in difficulty. SIMs were a bear. Had to use educated guesses on all except the research.

Great, it sounds like we had a similar experience! Definitely 2 of the SIMS were difficult for me, and one I had to use a calculation in the first part to calculate my 2nd answer, so hopefully if I am close to failing/passing, they will be gnerrous when they grade that area by hand.

Wheelhouse, your experience sounds identical to mine. I finished REG with over an hour to spare (I think an hr & 20). I didn't think it was very difficult but I work in Tax. I wound up making an 82, but I think it was because I got tired of Business Law while studying and blew it off. I'm sure you did fine – good luck!

I took REG for the second time this past Saturday. I tried to hit the SIMS with an hour and a half to go and that's exactly where I started the SIMS on. I do feel the second and third MCQ testlets were more difficult than the first…however, there were a few questions I still felt were pretty easy.

My main concern was the SIMS. It only took me about 45 minutes to get through all the SIMS and for the most part, I thought they were pretty easy. The research SIM I'm 100% certain I nailed. I think I was either really well prepared this go round, or I completely bombed the exam.

It's going to be pretty interesting to see my score on March 9 (I think it's March 9).
