    So I am in the Business Law section of REG and having a heck of a time retaining this info. It all sounds the same to me and is very confusing. Anyone have any tips in this regard? Am I the only one who finds the law section to be horrible?

    i use ninja and go section by section with biz law. if you try to do it all once you will never distinguish UCC from IRC. the other thing i do is find the cited sections in the code to get familair with the AL for the sims. the search function stinks but you can browse right to the cited sections at https://law.cornell.edu
    the IRC makes more sense to me than the way the UCC is written but both are organized very well.
    take the time to know how each is structured. section v subsection v paragraph v subparagraph, etc

    FAR 7/25/15 76!
    AUD 10/30/15 93
    BEC 2/27/16 82
    REG 5/23/16 88!
    Ninja Book and MCQ and the forum - all the way!!!
    and a little thing i like to call, time and effort!

    I think Peter Olinto the Italian stallion did a great job with Business Law. I just wrote down everything he said on flash cards and got over 85% in the HW.

    FAR= 72-84
    Audit= 73-82
    BEC= 74-75
    Reg=77
