    Good Morning!

Quick question…. Does anyone know if the REG Exam is already implementing the new ACA rules? I have been studying with Wiley, and all of their questions still using the old rules.

Any comments would be extremely helpful.

    Thanks!

New laws are not tested until 6 months after their effective date. I know CARES Act will be tested in October. Not sure about ACA.

Assuming Wiley is up to date on all changes regarding the CPA exam, I believe you should be able to set your exam at a date after July, for instance, and your material should update automatically for any changes. Or at least, that is what I recall from using Wiley in the past.
