REG – Liability for Negligence to 3rd Parties, etc.

    Does anyone have any tips on keeping all this straight? It seems like in some cases, there is only liability if third party is in privity of contract, but at other times, it’s liability for any foreseeable users.

    Any mnemonics or anything that could help me out? Also, is there a section in the BLITZ that covers this?
