Hi everyone. I am scheduled to take the exam on 7th of June and I have a limited time to study since I work about 60 hours a week. I wanted to know if it is a good idea to just study for R1 to R4 (Becker) ( Individual, Partnership and Corps) only and just do the Business law multiple choice once. I don’t get much time to study. Will this be a good strategy? Considering no simulations come from business law

Please help me, I am very nervous

    Thank you

Are you just now beginning to study? It would be very difficult to pull this one off in less than a month, especially if you are working those hours. I haven't taken it yet but I think you need to study everything, and wouldn't assume there will be no Bus Law SIMS.

All I'm going to tell you is you're setting yourself up for failure if you don't adequately study the B-Law sections. While there aren't any sims on b-law you may see quite a few b-law mcqs and I personally had quite a bit of trouble grasping the information from the b-law units. If I were you I'd spend around 60% of my time on tax and 40% of my time on b-law.

FAR: 80 (Gleim, Ninja Notes, Ninja MCQs)
REG: 87 (Gleim, Ninja Notes, Ninja MCQs)
BEC: 87 (Gleim, Ninja Notes, Ninja MCQs)

This is going to be your strategy that will be your best bet. You have just under 4 weeks to complete everything you need, I think it is going to be very hard to do exactly what Becker says if you're watching the videos. I think 4 weeks id doable, I studied for Reg in 6 weeks and passed, but I also don't watch any videos because it is a waste of time for me (I hate videos).

While there MIGHT not be Sims over Blaw, it is still important to study that section because those can be the difference between a 74 and a 75.

Best advice I can give is read the book, do as many multiple choice as you can handle, and then do some more.

you will most likely not get a business law SIM which is 40% of the exam so studying everything else HAM is a good idea if you have limited time. but that's not to say don't even touch business law… you should still try to do the MCQs.

    BEC - 75 (3x)
    AUD - 78 (3x)
    REG - 67, 66, Aug 1
    FAR - 54, Sept 8
