Hi guys,

I take my REG test on Monday for the 3rd time this year. For those of you who have passed what is the most important absolute must know stuff i need to write down on the sheet before the test begins? AMT? corporate tax formula? separately stated items for K1 and Schedule K? Flow through entities differences? I am so ready to not have to retake this test again!! Any help will be greatly appreciated!! 🙂

Also, if you go to the Q4 REG Study Group ( I am not sure what page but it was recently) someone posted all the phaseout/threshholds. It was like 10 pages when I printed it out so it might help.

I wouldn't even mess with the phaseouts except the big ones that are emphasized. I feel like I wasted too much time studying individual tax for the exam to be honest..
