About 30 days til my exam, currently on Ch 3 which is quite difficult compared to Ch 1 & 2, I’ve read the first 4 chapters and only plan on reading the 5th. Using Becker & ninja audio.

Should I be more focused on getting through everything or continue to focus on R1 through R4.

Knocked the first two chapters out in a week. I foresee it being difficult to do the same with Ch 3 & 4

It truly is a marathon and not a sprint. Take your time to make sure you understand and track your progress. I don't know how quickly you retain knowledge but I need to put in extra effort.

But 30 days out, I've been doing MCQ, TBS and reviewing troubled questions. Using other resources along with my study materials (Roger, Ninja, & Gleim TBS)

Make an Excel spread sheet where you can log your hours and what you have done to study each day.

Ex: [4.5][Chapter1&2][ Lecture, 30 MCQ, Read chapter 1, etc]… Have a formula add up all the time you are actually studying. Accurately log true study time with your cell phone stop watch.

Good way to track your progress and study habits.

    Just a tip.

I'm in a little bit of a different situation than you since this is a retake for me but, I learned from the first time you cant rush this!!

I wish you the best of luck on your studies and success!

Im studying for REG now and I couldn't agree more with setting a plan and staying as close to it as possible. I normally study with multiple screens up so I'll have Becker up (online version not the app because you can quickly copy questions over with the www. becker, which isn't a commonly known fact I wish I knew for FAR) , an excel sheet to copy all my info over/take notes while listening to lecture, and another excel sheet which has a calendar that I have filled out to fit my schedule and I update after each study session.

Excel is a low-key game saver and if you know your way around is much easier to format and much quicker…. cntrl+f is an underrated feature that will save you a lot of time when answering questions during review.

Chapter 5 are the easiest points on the exam and is tested heavily. Don't skip it.

@supracpa42 I went through Ch 3 lecture C corps and it was very hard to keep up. I'm going to listen to it again today.

As far as tracking studying, my schedule is pretty rigid, 1 hour of audio to work, 1 hour of studying at work, 1 hour of audio on the way home, and then 2-3 hours of studying after work. M-F. Weekends, Saturday 4-6 hours, Sunday 2-4 hours
